NEW VENITIAN GOLD GRANITE
Material Colour New Venitian Gold granite is also know as Giallo Venitian or Gold Venitian. This material is quarried from Brazil.
Description
of Material
Giallo New Venetian Gold granite is a medium to coarse-grained, ochre-yellow to golden-brown gneiss with red garnets. Internationally this material is known as a true granite . Ideal for both interior and exterior use,new venitian gold granite is hard wearing, polish constant with a fairly uniformed fleck & veining throughout the slab.
Colour Change and Variation in slabs For large projects we ensure that the blocks are all extracted from the same quarry for matching purposes.Giallo new venitian gold is a fairly even colour with the possibility of an erratic figure or darker brown veins and spots that can be unpredictable yet very beautiful in larger worktop sizes. Giallo new venitian gold granite is semi-porous and may be prone to absorb liquids therefore dry treat - stain proof should be applied before using as a work surface.Although beautiful, new venitian gold is very prone to breakage in longer worktops with sink or hob cut outs so extra jointing on a kitchen may apply(compared to other granites or other types of materials(quartz surfaces)).
Material Type, Important Information.....
Granite is a natural product. The actual granite available may slightly differ both in shade and pattern from the pictures shown on our website. We actively encourage customers to visit our showroom, factory and stock yard to choose your granite slabs before fabrication. This ensures you get the right product and information on your selection every time.
We recommend that you do not buy granite over the internet or from samples sent in the post. Huge variations can occur not only between different slabs but in the slab its self, from one end
to the other.
When spending so much money on something that you will have for years its certainly worth investing the time and effort to get it right, first time-
in short -
always view the slabs that your wortkops will be made from !
